The Shop at Bromsberrow is issuing shares for a nominal value of £1.00 each. There is no minimum purchase of shares and there is no limit to the maximum number of shares each person may purchase. As a Shareholder you will be automatically become a Member of the Shop at Bromsberrow IPS and as a Member you will be entitled to one vote.
